After you take possession of your new home with warranty coverage from The Alberta New Home Warranty Program, you’ll receive an email and/or postcard with a personal code to log in to our Homeowner Portal. There, you can:
- Access your home warranty insurance policy
- Request Program assistance
- Access important information and resources designed to make your home ownership experience as positive and worry-free as possible.
